POPS incentivises dealers to provide specific services to specific serial numbered machines in their AOR.
The POPS data is a flat file of "service leads" the dealer can access that includes:
POPS Service Incentive (Qualifying Service, Incentive Amount)
Machine info (Model, Serial Number)
Machine owner information (Name, Location)
Lewis' aftermarket team will use the data to:
populate a "service leads workflow" in Handle
auto assign leads to CSAs based on location
track CSAs follow up
report on conversion of POPS program service
It would be similar to what we do with other lead imports, but for service's CSAs.
The big questions are 1) is there a usable API and 2) do we set up a Service Pipeline entity, or just manage through a simpler workflow entity.
Lewis mentioned this would be a reason to get more CSA's on the subscription.
We should be able to set up a flat file import and simpler workflow entity without product development, but definitely think there would be reason to explore adding something larger to the roadmap.
