What:
We're looking to have control over the default user so that we can make updates to the permissions that our users have when first created.
Why?
This would be helpful as:
1. It would reduce the lag time of at least a day in getting these changes released
2. It gives the group more control over their users and what they have access to.
3. Allows us to use the Handle support team for more complex technical issues instead of user changes.
How?
We'd also like the ability to have default settings per record manager type - for example, our management generally always have a subset more permissions than that of our salespeople & administrators
It would also be helpful to have the option to push these changes out across the entire user base (or selected users within the userbase) so we didn't have to update each user independently. It's worth noting that it would be helpful if the option for pushing the changes out to selected users showed the user's record management type so we could easily identify which users to make the change for (this applies if my second point isn't possible).

What is the current pain point? The delay in waiting for changes to be deployed and the only currently option being to manually adjust each user's permissions. |
