We recently created a target campaign which involved over 4000 accounts. Some branches had upwards of 200 calls, which made it difficult for us to create mass sales calls and also increased duplicates. I've spoken with Kasey Kehoe-Cox who advised we could send a ticket to request the limit for the mass creation be increased to 500, potentially 600 to account for branch growth.

It took half a day for us to create this campaign once, whereas it only took 15 minutes to complete another smaller one. Increasing the limit will improve efficiency |
