Create way for users to items to a list of drop down options from in side the drop down item. This would allow users to add new categories of data to an entity instantaneously.
Main uses would be in Account Equipment, Trade Inspections, and Reference Table data.
Creates greater ability to self-serve for the Handle customers, and lower cost/time to service.
Will require:
1. Security permission in user profile
2 validation checks to guarantee no forbidden characters/strings, no duplicate keys
3. UI to allow customer admins to audit and maintain list of items in bulk (though can be added after MVP)
